Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio repeater that can increase communication speed and reduce a probability of collision of signals by performing communication as much as possible with the use of a frequency band allowing a higher speed in the case that communication is performed with the use of two frequency bands in combination.SOLUTION: A repeater 30 for relaying a radio signal from a terminal device to a receiving device comprises: a first signal processing unit 37 for performing transmission and reception processing of a radio signal in a first frequency band; and a second signal processing unit 38 for performing transmission and reception processing of a radio signal in a prescribed second frequency band with communication speed faster than the first frequency band. The repeater transmits a radio signal to the receiving device through the second signal processing unit 38 in the second frequency band in the both cases that the radio signal in the first frequency band from the terminal device has been received through the first signal processing unit 37 and that the radio signal in the second frequency band from the terminal device has been received through the second signal processing unit 38.
