PURPOSE: To provide a work cleaning apparatus which a simple structure and with which a square and flat shape work is cleaned efficiently without manual work by improving the transporting system of the work.

CONSTITUTION: Regarding a work cleaning apparatus 1, a work W is transported to a cleaning part 16 and a cleaning liquid removing part 17 from the upper steam side of a work transporting Q and the work is discharged in the condition the cleaning liquid is removed from the work. Taking advantage of the square and flat shape of the works W, a work senting out system 14 has rollers 14a, 14b by which a work W supplied from outside and not yet cleaned is sent out to the downstream side of the work transporting route Q and which transports works in the condition that the front end face of a work is stuck to the rear end face of another work sent out before.
