Abstract:
PURPOSE:To inspect the inclination of a work with high accuracy by utilizing a processing time of a dummy instruction of a CPU which can execute a high speed interruption processing and deciding the shift of output timing of a detecting signal. CONSTITUTION:At the time of inspecting the inclination by a high speed interruption processing, first of all, which sensor of X1 and X2 is turned to ON is checked, and by ON state of one of them, a program executing address is shifted to the head of a high speed interruption area. Subsequently, time adjustment use dummy instructions (for instance, 17 pieces) are executed, and thereafter, the output state of each sensor is checked by an immediate transfer instruction, and when both sensor outputs an ON (or OFF) state, it is decided that an inclination of a work is below (or above) a prescribed and normal (or abnormal), and if it is normal, an output Y0 turns to ON. In such a way, 17 pieces of differential instructions are executed as dummy instructions, detecting signals X1, X2 which are inputted to a high speed transfer input terminal are transferred and the time required for a signal processing is set to about 1.3mn, and a non-effective whose inclination is below a prescribed value is decided.
