Abstract:
To provide a work-inspecting device for keeping and improving inspection accuracy with no increase in the contact resistance at a measurement electrode part.
A work inspecting device 10 comprises a base 20 and a turn table 11, which is horizontally provided on the base 20 and a plurality of work housing grooves 12 on its perimeter. The base 20 is provided with a measurement electrode part 13, which inspects electric characteristics of a work W in the work housing groove 12, while abutting on it. The work housing grooves 12 of the turn table 11 are opened outward. A polish member 14 for polishing the measurement electrode part 13 is attached, in at least one work housing groove 12 of the turn table 11.
