Abstract:
To provide a method for adjusting the characteristics of an electronic component, with high productivity and high yield.
Related to a method for adjusting characteristics by trimming an electrode surface of the electronic component, a reference sample is used to acquire relationship between a trimming amount and change in characteristics in advance, thus a trimming reference is prepared. By utilizing it, adjustment of characteristics of the component which is to be adjusted is conducted by a one-time characteristics value measurement prior to trimming, and by one-time trimming.
