This system is provided with an input terminal, a server, and a communication means communicating data between the input terminal and the server and centralizedly manages the information related to the attending/ leaving work of an individual in the server. The input terminal is provided with an input means for inputting individual identification information and a storage device storing the individual identification information inputted by the input means by linking with the date and the time. The server is provided with an acquisition means, when prescribed conditions are satisfied, acquiring the individual identification information and the date/time from the storage device of the input terminal via a communication device, and a retainer means retaining the individual identification information and the date/time acquired by the acquisition means.
