To provide a work vehicle facilitated in maintenance inspection by easily opening a drive unit at a lower side of a vehicle body frame while longitudinally juxtaposing a front driver's seat and a seat separate from the front driver's seat in an operating unit.
This vehicle body frame 2 is constituted of a rear frame 2B disposed at a rear side at a position higher than a floor surface of the operating unit 5 and a front frame 2A disposed to support the floor surface of the operating unit 5. The drive unit 120 is arranged in a lower part of the rear frame 2B, and a rear part in a rear seat disposing space is disposed to be overlapped with an upper side of the rear frame 2B. A rear seat 14 disposed in the rear seat disposing space is constituted to be freely switched between a posture where the rear seat is located on the upper side of the rear frame 2B to cover the drive unit 120 and a posture allowing the visual confirmation of the drive unit 120 by opening the upper side of the rear frame 2B.
