A gas spring 60 is interposed between the body 1 and the vertically movable body 20. Vertical turning movement of the operating element vertically moves the vertically movable body 20 via the interlocking means 50 to provide given working by the working means 29. The adoption of the gas spring 60 for reducing lifting force for the vertically movable body 20 can accommodate a change in weight of the vertically movable body 20 through a change in nitrogen pressure to thus ensure vertical movement and positioning of the working means 29.
