Abstract:
To provide a working method capable of shortening working time and coping with a complicated shape and suitable for an ultrasonic vibrator.
An ultrasonic vibrator base material 32M is prepared at a working position, the abrasive particles of a prescribed size are blown through a mask 5 to the ultrasonic vibrator base material 32M and the ultrasonic vibrator base material 32M is worked into a prescribed shape.
