To provide a workpiece fixing device capable of accurately and strongly fixing a workpiece by easily enhancing the adhesiveness of the workpiece.
In the workpiece fixing device fixing the workpiece W, a clamp area 21 having an inclined surface 25 in which an inclination width H is enlarged toward a bottom surface 22 of the workpiece W is provided on one side surface 24 of the workpiece W. The workpiece fixing device includes: a clamp block 1 having a top reference surface 2 formed to be adhered to the bottom surface 22 of the workpiece W, and a side reference surface 3 formed by being connected to the top reference surface 2 to adhere the other side surface 23 opposing to the one side surface 24 of the workpiece 1; a clamp claw 11 having a fixed inclined surface 14 formed to be adhered to the inclined surface 25 of the workpiece W; and a fastening screw 13 and a clamp sliding surface 10 with which the clamp claw 11 is moved with respect to the clamp block 1 and the inclined surface 25 of the workpiece W and the fixed inclined surface 14 of the clamp claw 11 are adhered to each other in such a state that the workpiece W is placed on the clamp block 1.
