The pressure generating equipment (1) includes a displacement pump with a pressure converter comprising a longitudinally coupled displacement body with different working surface areas. The displacement body operates with a stroke frequency, whereby the strokes of the pressure converter cause a pressure p1 created on the primary side to be raised until a secondary pressure p2 is reached on the secondary side.
