Abstract:
To provide a novel workpiece conveyance method substituting for a lift carry method, and a workpiece tool structure to be used in the conveyance method, thereby shortening conveyance time and reducing a factory space.
The workpiece tool structure includes: a first turntable 130 rotatable around a vertical axis B1; and a second turntable 140 rotatable around a horizontal axis B2 on the first turntable 130, and has a workpiece tool 150 mounted on the turntable 140. Since the workpiece tool 150 is equipped with a claw 160 for clamping/unclamping from upward a workpiece W horizontally carried by a carrier 200, a down carry method is provided, and the workpiece tool becomes more compact than one used in the lift carry method.
