Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven cloth winder capable of keeping the cloth take-up force on a cloth roll at an optimum level. SOLUTION: Rotational driving force is applied from a surface roller 11 to a cloth roll 16 through a driving clutch 12, a follower clutch 13, a chain 20 and a follower sprocket 19. The air pressure in an air cylinder 23 is transmitted to the driving clutch 12 through a pressure-increasing lever 22 and the driving clutch 12 is pressed against the follower clutch 13 by the transmitted air pressure. A loom controlling computer C measures the rotational number of the loom based on the input weaving origin signal obtained from a rotary encoder 31 and calculates the woven length of the cloth W based on the measured rotational number and the rotational speed of the loom. The calculated woven length is transmitted to a pressing force controlling apparatus 26 in the form of electric signal information by the computer C. The pressing force controlling apparatus 26 controls a pressure regulator 25 based on the electric signal information on the woven length.
