Title:
WOVEN FABRIC CUTTING DEVICE IN CROSS ROLL EXCHANGER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3147516
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To surely perform cutting a woven fabric during operation of exchanging a cross roll by providing a slip stop means for impeding the woven fabric from moving in a direction of advancing a cutter to come into contact with the woven fabric, in a side of starting cutting the woven fabric.
CONSTITUTION: A cutter 32 is supported to a guide rail 29 through a slider 33, to mount a cutter driving motor 30 to the guide rail 29. The cutter 32 is operated to be connected to the cutter driving motor 30 through a chain 31, and the cutter 32 runs along the guide rail 29 by driving the cutter driving motor 30. A rail cover 35 is supported to the guide rail 29, and a nozzle pipe 36 is supported to the rail cover 35, to paste a slip stop sheet 37A to the guide rail 29 and the nozzle pipe 36. The slip stop sheet 37A gives large frictional resistance to a cloth end We, and since the frictional resistance resists against cutting resistance to generate slide contact resistance in a direction of cutting a woven fabric to act on the cloth end We, a wrinkle is prevented from its generation in the cloth end We, to enable the cutter 32 to smoothly cut the cloth end We.
