To provide a wrench which can restrict a fastening torque for mounting and dismounting a component to be used in welding work or fusion cutting work, etc., and is small sized, and has a simple structure, and is inexpensive.
The wrench 1 is provided with circular slits 3 formed outside the hole 2 into which the component to be used in welding work or fusion cutting work is inserted. Therefore, when a fastening torque larger than a specified value is applied to the wrench in mounting the component to be used in welding work or fusion cutting work, etc., the portions 7, 9 between the circular slits are sheared, and a hole portion 10 falls from a wrench body 11. Therefore, a torque larger than the specified value cannot be applied to the component to be used in welding work or fusion cutting work.
