PURPOSE: To obtain a writing implement which is free from incoveniences wherein a structure of a molding die is complicated or a parting line remains when a grip part is molded almost into a riceball shape in a sectional shape with a synthetic resin.

CONSTITUTION: An elongated shaft 14 is connected near to a tip of a core shaft 12. Neighborhood of the core shaft 12 of the elongated shaft 14 is covered with a grip member 16. Besides, the grip member 16 is made of a synthetic resin, and its sectional shape is formed almost into a riceball shape in an outer peripheral surface.
