Abstract:
To acquire a clear X-ray image, a clear X-ray continuous image or a clear three-dimensional X-ray image even when imaging a plurality of sites.SOLUTION: An X-ray imaging apparatus 1 includes: an imaging unit 17 consisting of an X-ray generation part 17a for irradiating a patient P with an X-ray and an X-ray detection part 17b facing the X-ray generation part with a space; a rotation control unit 21 for rotating the imaging unit around the patient and changing an imaging angle; a distance control unit 22 for changing a distance between a center of rotation by the rotation control unit and one of the X-ray generation part and the X-ray detection part, or between the center of rotation and X-ray generation part and the X-ray detection part; a movement control unit 23 for moving the imaging unit in the patient's height direction; a shape acquisition unit 24 for acquiring the patient's body shape; and an imaging range recognition unit 25 for determining an imaging range for each body site according to the body shape.
