PURPOSE: To shorten an inspection time and to improve the reliablity of diagnosis by fitting a guide ring to a cylindrical sealed container and moving a carriage along the guide ring.

CONSTITUTION: The guide ring 1 is fitted on the outer periphery of the sealed container 30 through a band 31 and the carriage 2 is moved by a driving mechanism 4 and positioned in the peripheral direction of the container 30. Further, the coupling point of support plates 3a and 3b is moved to position a bulb 32 fitted to a bulb fitting member 3e horizontally and vertically. Thus, the bulb 32 is installed at an optimum position for photography. The bulb as an X-ray generation source is therefore positioned easily, so the time required for inspection is shortened and the reliability of the inspection is improved.
