Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube device in which cracking of a glass vacuum envelope or peeling of a ring therefrom can be suppressed, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: In an X-ray tube, an X-ray tube fixing member is arranged oppositely to the anode side of the X-ray tube so as to leave a space therebetween, and fixed to the outer end face of the anode extension. In the fixing member, the fixing surface having a diameter larger than the outer end face is covered with a covering material layer. An electrically insulating mold made of a thermosetting mold material having rubber elasticity fills the gap between the fixing surface and the X-ray tube, and covers the periphery of the X-ray tube, and the covering material layer is made of a material less likely to adhere to the mold material, so that the X-ray tube fixing member can be separated from the mold.
