Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enhance the working efficiency of machining a work by furnishing an NC corrective moving speed command value calculating means which calculates the NC corrective moving speed command value by adding/subtracting the measuring value of the work moving amount to/from the second NC moving speed command value calculated by an NC moving speed command value calculating means.

CONSTITUTION: An X-Y table on which a work is placed is moved in the X-axis or Y-axis direction for a certain distance, and thereby the work inclination in the Y-axis or X-axis direction when the work inclines on the X-Y table is measured by a micro-distance measuring instrument 23. A corrective moving speed command value calculating means 34 calculates the NC corrective moving speed command value by adding or subtracting the obtained measurement to/ from the NC moving speed command value which is to serve for the preset machining, and the X-Y table is moved by an X-axis drive motor 4 and a Y-axis drive motor 5 on the basis of the NC corrective moving speed command value which has undergone a correction with the work inclination taken into account.
