Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small, compact, easy-to-assemble, easy-to-maintain, difficult-to-fail and economical XY actuator with excellent action characteristic, action accuracy and the like, a simple constitution, excellent durability and excellent versatility capable of stabilizing an action, coping with high speed, easily saving a space, and facilitating installation and integration with a manufacturing line.
SOLUTION: This actuator comprises a first cam mechanism A, a second cam mechanism B, a linear plate 10 capable of reciprocating in an X-direction by desired normal or reverse rotation of an output shaft 6 for an X direction of the second cam mechanism B, and a pair of slide plates 15, 16 mounted to a linear plate 10 via a guide means F and capable of reciprocating in the X-direction together with the linear plate 10 and reciprocating in a Y-direction by desired normal or reverse rotation of the output shaft 2 for the Y-direction of the first cam mechanism A.
