Abstract:
To manufacture a package with improved quality in a device for manufacturing a package by winding a yarn around a winding bobbin.SOLUTION: A yarn winding device 1, 1' includes a traverse guide 133, a traverse motor 135, a profile calculation unit 161, and a traverse drive control unit 162. The traverse guide 133 traverses a yarn Y along the width direction of a package P. The profile calculation unit 161 calculates a traverse profile with either one of a first end position or a second end position of the traverse position as the start point and the other as the end point. When the traverse position of the traverse guide 133 reaches the first end position, the traverse drive control unit 162 starts control of the traverse motor 135 based on the traverse profile starting from the first end position, and when the traverse position reaches the second end position, starts to control the traverse motor 135 based on the traverse profile with the second end position as the start point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
