To provide a yaw bearing capable of obtaining superior sliding characteristics without using a lubricant, and to provide a wind power generator provided with the yaw bearing.

A yaw bearing 10 pivotally supports a nacelle 23 of a wind power generator 20. The yaw bearing 10 includes: planar sliding members 40, 41 provided to hold a portion of a horizontally installed disk-like stationary plate 30 from above and below and supporting a thrust load; bases 50, 51 supporting the planar sliding members 40, 41; a circular arc sliding member 42 disposed opposite an outer circumferential edge surface of the stationary plate 30 and supporting a radial load; a circular arc-like base supporting the circular arc sliding member 42; and a cylindrical housing 60 which is provided to cover the bases 50, 51 and the circular arc-like base and supports the bases 50, 51 and the circular arc-like base in the inside and on the upper part of which the nacelle 23 is provided.
