Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet having high thermal conductivity and excellent adhesive performance.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition precursor is provided which comprises a (meth)acrylic copolymer, a (meth)acrylic monomer, a tabular or scaly water-containing metallic compound and a fibrous filler, and in which average particle diameter of the water-containing metallic compound is 2 μm to 50 μm, an aspect ratio of the water-containing metallic compound is 5 or more, content of the water-containing metallic compound is 30 mass% to 70 mass% based on the total mass of the adhesive composition precursor, average fiber length of the fibrous filler is 0.5 mm to 10 mm, average fiber diameter of the fibrous filler is 5 μm to 20 μm, content of the fibrous filler is 0.2 mass% to 5 mass% based on the total mass of the adhesive composition precursor and content of the (meth)acrylic monomer is 75 mass% to 99 mass% based on total mass of the (meth)acrylic copolymer and the (meth)acrylic monomer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
