Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl resin fine particle with good productivity and narrow particle size distribution by using a penetration membrane emulsification method.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of vinyl resin fine particle to obtain a penetration membrane emulsion by using the preliminary emulsion containing a specific amount of electrolyte by penetrating a preliminary emulsion, where a vinyl monomer and a polymerization initiator are dispersed in an aqueous medium, into a glass porous membrane to obtain a penetration film emulsion by a penetration film emulsification method for dispersing droplet of the monomer in the aqueous medium more finely and polymerizing a droplet monomer in the emulsion.SELECTED DRAWING: None
