Abstract:
To provide an adhesive composition particularly suitable for a carrier tape for temporarily protecting when storing and transporting an electronic component material since the composition is excellent in reworkability because of slightly adhesive property at an ordinary state, and capability of ease repasting, and exhibits high adhesiveness after irradiation of ultraviolet light.SOLUTION: The adhesive composition includes: an acrylic copolymer; a hardener; an ultraviolet polymerization initiator; a monofunctional (meth)acrylic monomer having a ring structure; and a fluorine-based leveling agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
