Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of amplifying and detecting nucleic acid for carrying out efficient hybridization, and a device and kit used for same.SOLUTION: The detection method includes using a primer set, the 5' end of each primer body having a tag region that does not hybridize in a nucleic acid amplification reaction, to amplify a target nucleic acid as a double stranded nucleic acid having single stranded regions at each end, and binding the amplified fragment to a solid phase having an oligonucleotide probe which can hybridize to one of the single stranded regions.
