Title:
THERAPEUTIC POLYNUCLEOTIDES AGAINST ONCOGENIC VIRAL POLYPEPTIDE-POSITIVE TUMORS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2018038405
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polynucleotides encoding antigenic polypeptides that elicit immune response to oncogenic viral polypeptide.SOLUTION: The invention provides an isolated polynucleotide comprising a first polynucleotide sequence encoding a first antigenic polypeptide, where the first antigenic polypeptide is featured by: a. it comprises an amino acid sequence having at least 70% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of a first oncogenic viral polypeptide, b. it can elicit an immune response to the first oncogenic viral polypeptide in an immune-competent host; c. it is non-oncogenic in the immune-competent host. A composition comprising the polynucleotide and a use method thereof are also provided. In some embodiment, the virus may be human papilloma virus.SELECTED DRAWING: None
