Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time necessary for assembling a joint.SOLUTION: When assembling a joint 1, an inner cylinder part 12 of a second flow passage member 3 is inserted into an outer cylinder member 6 of a first flow passage member 2 from a first end side (small-diameter part side) of the inner cylinder part. By this constitution, an outwardly-directed claw part 16 which is formed at an external peripheral face of the inner cylinder part 12( small-diameter part) is snap-engaged with an inwardly-directed claw part 8 which is formed at an internal peripheral face of the outer cylinder part 6 by using the elasticity of the resin-made inner cylinder part 12 . Then, the insertion of an in-core 4 to the inside of the inner cylinder part 12 is started before the outwardly-directed claw part 16 of the inner cylinder part 12 (small-diameter part) of the second flow passage member 3 is snap-engaged with the inwardly-directed claw part 8 of the outer cylinder part 6 of the first flow passage member 2. Since the insertion of the in-core 4 to the inner cylinder part 12 is started as above, a time of the completion of the insertion of the in-core 4 after a finish of the snap-engagement can be hastened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
