Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new radio resource allocation mechanism related to a different frequency band.SOLUTION: A base station which is configured to perform radio communication with a radio terminal includes a storage device and a processor. The storage device stores a scheduling policy, which is associated with a radio terminal identifier, indicating that at least one of a first frequency band and a second frequency band is used for the radio communication. On determining to execute carrier aggregation related to the first frequency band and the second frequency band, the processor determines, based on the storage device, a first scheduling policy associated with the first identifier of a first radio terminal, to allocate a radio resource to the first radio terminal according to the first scheduling policy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
