Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently improve belt strength per unit width and concurrently inhibit problems such as wear of a core wire, shape failure of a belt, and adhesive failure.SOLUTION: A belt 1 has a first layer 10 and a second layer 20 laminated in a belt thickness direction. The first layer 10 has: a main body 11 formed by a thermoplastic elastomer; and a core wire 12 buried in the main body 11 and extending in a belt longitudinal direction. The second layer 20 has: a main body 21 formed by a thermoplastic elastomer; and a core wire 22 buried in the main body 21 and extending in the belt longitudinal direction. In the first layer 10 and the second layer 20, the main bodies 11 and 21 are joined to each other by heat welding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
