Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply V-shaped bending processing and hemming bending processing by restraining a poor appearance such as a crack and wrinkles.SOLUTION: A bending processing method comprises a V-shaped bending process of molding a V-shaped bending part where an opening angle α is 45°-60° by bending a blank plate material composed of an aluminum resin composite laminate plate, and a foaming synthetic resin layer of the aluminum resin composite laminate plate is set to 1.5 times-10 times in the foaming ratio, and is set to 1 mm-10 mm in a plate thickness, and assuming bearing force of a first aluminum plate material arranged on the outer surface side of the V-shaped bending part among the aluminum plate material laminated on both surfaces of the foaming synthetic resin layer as YS1, and bearing force of a second aluminum plate arranged on the inner surface side of the V-shaped bending part as YS2, the bearing force YS1 is set larger than the bearing force YS2, and the V-shaped bending process is executed within a temperature range in which the temperature of the blank plate material exceeds the load deflection temperature of the foaming synthetic resin layer and does not exceed the temperature lower by 20°C than the heat resistant temperature of the foaming synthetic resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
