Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile wheel rim manufacturing device which is hard to generate buckling on first rim work after restarting, when roll molding is restarted after the device has been stopped for a relatively long period.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device is equipped with: a motor shaft 22 to which a bottom roll B is attached; a motor which rotation-drives the motor shaft 22; a motor shaft 42 to which a top roll T is attached; a motor which rotation-drives the motor shaft 42; a servo mechanism type motor 31 which adjusts an interval between the motor shaft 22 and the motor shaft 42; a rotary shaft 53 to which a guide roll G is attached; and a pressing mechanism. The pressing mechanism is equipped with: a base body 51; a moving body 52 which is supported so as to relatively move with regard to the base body 51 and supports the rotary shaft 53; and cylinder mechanisms 51a and 52 which adjust a position of the moving body 52 with regard to the base body 51 and can move a guide roll G between a retracting position and a pressing position.
