Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus bar unit that can be easily manufactured while preventing a bus bar from slipping off from a magnetic body core and be downsized, and a bus bar unit manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A bus bar unit comprises: a magnetic material core 50 which has a through-hole 50a and is covered with insulation material; a U-phase bus bar 20, V-phase bus bar 30, and W-phase bus bar 40 in which body parts 21, 31, 41 are arranged in a state of being juxtaposed with one another in a predetermined direction inside the through-hole 50a and one-side connection parts 22, 32, 42 provided more on one side in an axial direction of the through-hole 50a from the body parts 21, 31, 41, are bent in a direction intersecting the axial direction; and a base member 60 which is formed of insulation material and to which the magnetic material core 50 is fixed. The one-side connection parts 22, 32, 42 of the three bus bars 20, 30, 40 are held in a state of being arranged between the base member 60 and the magnetic material core 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
