Abstract:
To provide a capacitor enabling fluctuation in external dimensions thereof to be reduced.SOLUTION: A capacitor 1 comprises a capacitor element 2 and an exterior package body 3. The capacitor element 2 includes a first electrode 21, a second electrode 22 which is provided at an opposite side of the first electrode 21, and a winding core 23 penetrating the first electrode 21 and the second electrode 22. The exterior package body 3 covers the entire capacitor element 2. The capacitor element 2 includes a first protrusion 231 and a second protrusion 232. The first protrusion 231 protrudes from the first electrode 21. The second protrusion 232 protrudes from the second electrode 22. The exterior package body 3 includes a first exterior package body 31 and a second exterior package body 32. The first exterior package body 31 includes a first end face 301 opposed to the first electrode 21, and a first recess 311 in which the first protrusion 231 is fitted. The second exterior package body 32 includes a second end face 302 opposed to the second electrode 22, and a second recess 312 in which the second protrusion 232 is fitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
