To maintain cell performance.SOLUTION: A carbon dioxide electrolytic apparatus comprises an electrolysis cell including: an anode for generating oxygen by water oxidation; a cathode for generating a carbon compound by carbon dioxide reduction; a cathode flow channel plate having a surface arranged so as to contact the cathode and a cathode flow channel arranged on the surface so as to face the cathode; and a separator arranged between the anode and the cathode.
