Title:
BASE FIXING STRUCTURE FOR BINDER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3230520
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separately dispose of or recycle a binder by detachably attaching a base of the binder to a backbone.
SOLUTION: Holes 11A, 30 are respectively formed at a backbone 11 and the base 13 fixed to an inner surface of the backbone 11. A fixing position of the base 13 is decided by disposing a positioning protrusion piece 33 provided at an edge of the hole 30 in the hole 11A of backbone paper, and fixed at this position via a base fixing unit 14. The unit 14 has a hook member 43 having a vertical part 45B disposed in holes 30, 11A and an outside part 45A continuously provided at a lower end of the part 45B, and a rotary member 44 associated with the member 43. The base 13 is fixed to the backbone paper 11 by the member 44 and the part 45A by displacing the member 44 to a substantially horizontal attitude in a state in which the part 45 is disposed along the outside of the backbone 11.
