PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center device that can specify the position of adding water which has entered a gas supply pipe.SOLUTION: A center device 116 acquires gas information on gases supplied to a plurality of gas meters, respectively, from the gas meters, respectively, and specifies the position of adding water in a gas supply pipe on the basis of differences in the gas information for the gas meters connected from the gas upstream side to the gas downstream side of the gas supply pipe for supplying gases to the gas meters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
