Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a technical level of a prior art clamp system.SOLUTION: A clamp system has a collar [10] having a band [12]. The band [12] has two side parts [13A, 13B] and an inner groove [14] is defined between them. The inner groove [14] receives protruded clamp surfaces [1A, 2A] of two tubes [1, 2] to be connected. This system is further provided with several respective holding clips [20] dispersed in a peripheral direction around a first side part [13A]. Each of the clips has an inner branch part [30] and an outer branch part [32] opposite to each other. A first side part is held between the inner branch part [30] and the outer branch part [32]. In addition, each of the clips has a holding part [34] suitable for cooperation with a clamp surface [1A] of the first tube [1] kept under a preliminary installed state. One of the branches supports a first supporting segment [36] cooperating with a first supporting surface [13'A] of the collar facing toward a shaft [A] of the collar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
