Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade which can prevent the curling of an elastic body blade due to contact with a cleaning object member, passing-through of a residual material and fixation of the residual material to the cleaning object member and can be used for a long period.SOLUTION: A cleaning blade is formed of a strip-shaped elastic body blade including a base rubber part 6222 and a tip ridge part 6221, and removes the residual material from the surface of the cleaning object member by bringing the tip ridge part 6221 of the elastic body blade into contact with the moving cleaning object member. The tip ridge part 6221 includes a mixed layer 6221A of urethane rubber and (meth)acrylic resin. The ratio of the Young's modulus E1 of the base rubber part 6222 to the Young's modulus E2 of the mixed layer 6221A is E2/E1≥1.25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
