Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll member, a fixing device, and an image-forming device capable of preventing recesses or wrinkles from being generated on a surface layer in the roll member including an adhesive layer between an elastic layer in a circular section and the surface layer for covering the elastic layer as compared with when strain of the surface layer is equal to or more than 3(%).SOLUTION: By setting the strain of a surface layer 62 of a roll member 54 to be equal to or less than 2(%), occurrence of wrinkles and recesses on the surface layer 62 can be suppressed as compared with when the strain of the surface layer 62 is equal to or more than 3(%).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
