Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter substrate having a power generating function and capable of achieving a sufficient amount of power generation with a relatively simple configuration.SOLUTION: A color filter substrate (10A) comprises: a transparent substrate (1); a first transparent conductive layer (2) provided on the transparent substrate; a first transparent oxide semiconductor layer (3) of a first conductivity type provided on the first transparent conductive layer; a second transparent oxide semiconductor layer (4) of a second conductivity type provided on the first transparent oxide semiconductor layer; a second transparent conductive layer (5) provided on the second transparent oxide semiconductor layer; and a color filter layer (6) provided on the second transparent conductive layer and including a black matrix (7). The first transparent conductive layer, the first transparent oxide semiconductor layer, the second transparent oxide semiconductor layer, and the second transparent conductive layer function as a solar cell.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
