Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner supply device that can prevent a toner from dropping off when an opening/closing member closes a toner supply port.SOLUTION: A toner supply device 60 comprises a toner guide 61, a shutter member 67 and a spring member 68. The shutter member moves between a closing position for closing a lower supply port 66 of the toner guide and an opening position for opening the lower supply port. The shutter member includes an extension part 77 at an end of its base part 70, and the extension part 77 is provided with a toner receiving part 80. The toner receiving part is pressed to be contracted when a developing device 12 is attached to a housing and returns to an original state when the pressing is released, so as to receive a toner dropping off from the base part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
