Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for commitment that has excellent efficiency, is capable of proving safety on the basis of weak assumptions, and satisfies CCA safety.SOLUTION: A first commitment transmission unit 22 creates a first commitment by using a commitment method CCACom. A secret dispersion unit 13 creates a share by performing secret dispersion on a value ν. A second commitment transmission unit 14 creates a second commitment by calculating c:=Com(s,d). A third commitment transmission unit 15 creates a third commitment by using a commitment method CECom. A first open transmission unit 25 opens the first commitment. A third open transmission unit 17 opens all of the third commitment. A commitment verification unit 27 confirms establishment of c=Com(s,d). A value disclosure unit 31 transmits the value ν to a receiver device 2. A second open transmission unit 32 opens the second commitment. A share setting unit 42 creates a share. A value verification unit 43 determines whether or not to accept opening of the value ν.
