Abstract:
To provide a connector capable of effectively avoiding an incomplete fitting state with a mating connector while protecting a terminal.SOLUTION: A shutter mechanism 70 includes: a slider 71 that is slidably provided on a fitting unit 43; a slide spring 74 that urges the slider 71 toward a tip side of a fitting unit 43; an opening/closing door 72 that is provided on the slider 71 and is rotatable in a state where the slider 71 is arranged on a tip side of the fitting unit 43; a turning spring 73 that energizes the opening/closing door 72 in a direction for closing an opening unit 52; and an abutting unit 78 that is provided on the slider 71 and can abut on a male connector 15 to be fitted. Then, the abutting unit 78 is abutted with the male connector 15 to be fitted, and the slider 71 is moved toward a rear side of the fitting unit 43 against urging force of the slide spring 74, whereby the opening/closing door 72 is rotated in a direction of opening the opening unit 52 against the urging force of the turning spring 73.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
