Abstract:
To provide a housing box of which an inside and an outside can be illuminated by a common light source, and by which appearance of a lid can be changed between when a light source is on and when the light source is off.SOLUTION: A housing box 1 includes: a box-like housing part 10 having an opening part 101; a lid 11 which has a light guide body layer 111, an opaque layer 112, irregularities 113 having a predetermined pattern on an interface of the light guide body layer 111 and the opaque layer 112 and is arranged on the opening part 101 so as to open and close; a light source 13 which emits visible light; and a light guide rod 12 which transmits the visible light emitted from the light source 13 and irradiates an inside of the housing part 10. When the lid 11 is closed, a part of the visible light transmitting in the light guide rod 12 is guided to the light guide body layer 111, is reflected by the irregularities 113, and is emitted from a surface of the lid 11 to an outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
