Abstract:
To provide a containment device capable of preventing atmospheric gas present in a treatment space from leaking outside even when a worker opens an opening/closing door, and of keeping itself highly safe against exposure.SOLUTION: There is provided a dryer 1 as a containment device, comprising a body part 2 comprising a treatment space SP for storing a heat-treating object MD, an opening/closing door 3 that openably closes a front opening of the body part 2, an exhaust fan 145 that discharges atmospheric gas present in the body part 2 to outside of the body part 2 via an exhaust part 11 of an exhaust passage 142 constituting a ventilation passage 14, a filter part 144 comprising a HEPA filter HF disposed in the front stage of the exhaust fan 145, and a damper 147 that shuts off supply of the atmospheric gas from the air supply passage 141 into the treatment space SP and switches the flow of the atmospheric gas having passed through the filter part 144 so as to discharge it from the exhaust part 11 of the exhaust passage 142, upon detecting an operation of opening the opening/closing door 3..SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
