Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit of a vehicle drive force distribution device which suppresses variation in output shaft torque due to inertia of a motor at the time of release of a disconnect state.SOLUTION: At the time of shift from a state where clutches 26l, 26r are cut off to a state where the clutches 26l, 26r are engaged, engagement control of the clutches 26l, 26r and drive control of a motor 12 are performed with reserve torque thereof. After the rotation synchronization between the clutches 26l, 26r and the motor 12 is determined, the torque of the clutches 26l, 26r and the torque of the motor 12 are respectively changed to prescribed values. Thereby inertia torque in synchronization is canceled with motor output at the time of release of the disconnect state to suitably suppress occurrence of blow-up of the motor 12 and the shock.
