Abstract:
An electronic book terminal (10) is equipped with a terminal control unit (11). When a condition for shifting to a power saving state is satisfied, while contents are being displayed, the terminal control unit (11) performs at least one of limiting the power supplied to a first processing means group and stopping a clock signal and stops the power supply to a second processing means group. When a user operation is detected in the power saving state, the terminal control unit (11) releases the stop of the power supply to the second processing means group and releases the limitation of the power supplied to the first processing means group and the stop of the clock signal.
