PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for supporting a management device's setting with respect to a network.SOLUTION: A management device that includes first subscriber information, subscriber information for a mobile communication network, and is capable of communicating with a communication terminal device including second subscriber information, subscriber information whose identification target device differs from that of the first subscriber information comprises: an acquisition unit for acquiring connection state information indicating a connection state of communication of a radio communication system of the communication terminal device; a selection unit for selecting, on the basis of the connection state information acquired by the acquisition unit, either a first radio communication system, a radio communication system that is through the mobile communication network, or a second radio communication system, a radio communication system that is not through the mobile communication network, as a communication system of the management device; and a communication unit for performing radio communication on the basis of the communication system selected by the selection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
